This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Beaver County Warrant Records is privately operated. It cannot confirm status, recall or quash a warrant, accept payment, arrange an appearance, or give legal advice.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the office named on the court paper. The main routes are:
- District Court process: Beaver County Sheriff's Office, 580-625-4549, for service, custody, and process routing.
- District Court docket: Beaver County Court Clerk, 111 W. 2nd Street, Beaver, Oklahoma 73932, 580-625-3191, debbie.bobeck@oscn.net; published hours are 8:00 to 5:00 with noon access.
- Beaver town citation: Beaver Municipal Court and police, 316 Douglas Avenue, 580-625-3331, bvrclerk@townofbeaver.com.
- District 1 prosecution questions: Beaver office at 111 W. 2nd Street, 580-625-3388; its public instructions direct case scheduling and inquiries to the Court Clerk.
The County Clerk is a separate records office for county records, deeds, judgment-docket entries, and county financial matters. Its published contact is 580-625-3418. Do not assume its copy fees govern criminal warrant records.
Before You Call
Have the full name, date of birth, court or town, case or citation number, and the date on the notice. Ask for the exact status label, the current amount or bond, the next setting, the office that can act, and the proof you will receive. Beaver does not publish a general surrender address, bond-window hours, accepted payment method, or warrant-specific request form.
For Forgan, Gate, or Knowles, do not substitute Beaver Municipal Court. Ask the Sheriff for serving-agency routing and the Court Clerk whether a District Court case exists.
